　Seisa Dohto University is located in Kitahiroshima city, Hokkaido, Japan. Kitahiroshima city lies midway between Sapporo, the biggest city in Hokkaido, and New Chitose International Airport. Kitahiroshima city has been chosen as the most livevle town within Hokkido for the past five yeas according to the research of TOYO KEIZAI INC.. One of the most attactive features of Kitahiroshima city is the easy access to Sapporo city and New Chitose Airport by all major transportations along with the nice greenery living environment.

　There are free university-run shuttle bus services available for our students during the lecture and examination periods. One of the univerisity shuttle buses was designed by one of our students from Faculty of Fine Arts and it catches people's eyes.

Two bus rountes are available to commute to the univeristy.
